Allah is always with you. And when you are feeling sad and in a bad state of mind, remember, Allah is always with you. Don't try to isolate yourself and hide away and want to be alone, those are the times when you make the bad choices, why? Because you're over thinking it and you resolve to bad choices like drugs, alcohol, and other choices you will later regret. What you need to do is pray. People think that praying doesn't mean anything, but if Allah hears it, and sees the real meaning in it, He will help you. So when in doubt, don't seek isolation, seek help from Allah. Have hope that he will come to you. Because He sees it. -Dalia Nasr
