Happy 4th of July everyone! We need look no further than our own hearts for the change we seek for until we do this all the ranting, raving and dislike about the way things are is a complete waste of time and we could be more productive cleaning out our own houses. God tells us to pray, respect and honor our leaders. That may be a tough assignment but nevertheless that is what He says. He also says to love thy neighbor as thyself. Preaching to myself here....need to get my mind off what is not working....work on my own life and pray and love others ....and let God do the rest. No matter where we are at this moment in history GOD is in control of it all and He tells us we can rest in His peace and love. As we go about our day let us all be thankful for our many blessings and lift our leaders up to God in prayer and be very thankful for the freedoms we still have and cherish them and appreciate them and never take them for granted. -Lisa Ebersole Dempsey
