We are all meant to discover God at different times and in different ways. But God does however, allow us all the chance to find him when we are young- it's a matter of whether we do our part to make it happen. For the ones who don't do their part, God will give them various chances throughout their life to see if they will listen to Him. If they still do not listen, God will give them 1 more chance after they are deceased to see if they are worthy of joining Him in the afterlife.
