We live in a materialistic society that focuses on conveniences. Convenience comes with many hidden costs when you look at the whole picture. We've been driven by selfish desire to get whatever we want and then depend on the convenience of getting it faster or better. I wouldn't mind having this. I want this. I want this faster. I want this immediately, as I specify along with a plethora of other items and services in unison. And if it's wrong (in any single way because of the miscalculation for human error in people besides myself), I'm going to cause stress. I'll make it the fault of anyone I can besides myself, because my desire and greed have warranted me to do so. See how that differs so much from the idea we started with? Compare us with many of the countries that cannot access these conveniences. Many of us could not exist easily in such a society, because we often overlook simplistic meaning and appreciation in basic items and daily tasks. -Adam Matthew
