Whenever possible it may be best to walk away from the things that disturb you. For it is most likely that it is only you who are disturbed and not the thing that is disturbing you. Instead of giving so much attention to the thing you do not want to get attention that is disturbing you. Then try to walkaway. If not then you give power to it and power is taken from you. Being disturbed by things takes little effort. And ignoring them can take a lot of energy. But the energy spent in daily practice to ignore whenever possible, will pay off over time and with little effort. -Clay Burton
