There are people in my life that has hurt me so bad. They ran, from me and ignored me as if I didn't exist. Every time I reached out they would laugh and run. Laugh and slam the door. My heart ached my heart started breaking a little at a time. Finally one night I gave up and then it shatter in a million pieces. I knew I must move on. I gathered the pieces the best I could and glued them together. It wasn't pretty any more. It was ugly. The glue had hardred it. And it no longer felt anything. I knew if they came around again. Nothing could ever get in again. This is a true story but is it my story or is it of the one that came before me and died of a broken heart by her own hand. Or both. -Angel Estes
